What the pharmacy charges
Set by the pharmacy that fills your order, at rates we negotiate on your behalf. That money goes to them. We never own the medication and never treat their money as ours.
What you pay us
A service charge for the software, the sourcing, the tracking, and the billing. It is on the order when you place it, not bolted on afterwards, and it is the only thing we make on your order.
Shipping is quoted on the order alongside the medication. Displayed prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are itemized if they apply. Pricing is agreed with your practice during onboarding, so contact us for a quote against the medications you actually order.
How the money actually moves.
- One charge per order, captured when your practice submits it, at the price shown on screen.
- One billing relationship across every pharmacy in the network, in one place, instead of a separate invoice and shipping charge from each.
- Cancel free until it ships. No cancellation fee at any stage. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, because the medication has been dispensed and labelled for your named patient.
- Refunds initiated within three business days if the pharmacy rejects the order or you cancel before it ships.
- No subscription, no minimums, no per-seat pricing. Add as many users as your practice needs.
This is a cash-pay platform.
Your practice pays for the medication, and you may not bill any insurer, pharmacy benefit manager, or government healthcare program for its cost. What you charge your own patients is yours to set and collect outside the platform, subject to your own compliance obligations and any disclosure your state requires.
For most med spas and cash-pay clinics this is simply how the business already runs. If it is not how you bill, tell us during onboarding rather than after.
