503A and 503B are different models.
503A pharmacies
State-licensed pharmacies operating under Section 503A generally compound medications based on valid patient-specific prescriptions. The dispensing pharmacy independently reviews every prescription and determines whether it may be filled. Every Aayu affiliate pharmacy also holds active LegitScript certification or NABP accreditation.
503B outsourcing facilities
FDA-registered outsourcing facilities operating under Section 503B may supply eligible compounded products for patient-specific or office-use orders, depending on the product and applicable requirements.
Registration as a 503B outsourcing facility is not FDA approval of a compounded drug.
Branded and manufactured medications
FDA-approved branded and manufactured medications also come through Aayu's affiliate pharmacies. Availability and pricing can change.

Aayu may add, remove, restrict, or suspend a product when an affiliate pharmacy's participation, availability, shortage status, regulatory policy, or eligibility changes.
